How it works

What a free inspection actually involves

Oahu does not have one roof problem, it has five. Salt and winter swell on the North Shore, trade-wind rain off the Ko‘olau, volcanic dust and gusts across the central plateau, baking leeward sun, marine air over the dense south shore. We document what your microclimate is doing to your roof, then build the evidence so your claim has what it needs.

Service area

Find your town

North Shore

Salt-laden winter swells and heavy UV lift ridge caps and corrode fasteners. Our home base.

Central

Trade-wind shifts and red volcanic dust across the plateau, with shingles wind-lifted where the gusts funnel through.

Leeward

Relentless leeward sun and salt-driven Kona winds dry out and crack shingles years early.

Windward

Persistent trade-wind rain and humidity off the Ko‘olau, where slow leaks hide under shingles that still look fine.

South Shore

Dense urban roofs under marine air and hard midday sun, from low-slope membranes to aging asphalt.

Calling goes straight to the person who will be on your roof, no call center in between. Don’t see your town in the list? We still work all of Oahu, so call and we’ll take a look.

Common questions

Before you call

Is the inspection really free?

Yes. The drone inspection and the photo report cost you nothing, and there is no obligation afterward. If your roof is fine, we will tell you it is fine.

Do you work outside these towns?

We work all of Oahu. These are the towns we are asked about most, but if your place is anywhere on the island, call us. Chances are we have already worked a roof nearby.

Do you do the roofing work yourselves?

We are an independent consultancy. We inspect, document, and coordinate the work, then bring in trusted, locally licensed contractors to install. You are not tied to any one roofing company.

How does the insurance side work?

We document the damage and walk you through the evidence so you can open your own claim, and we meet your adjuster on the roof so nothing gets missed. We are not public adjusters and do not negotiate claims. Claims that need official representation are referred to licensed professionals.
